Dynamic City Capital Acquires The Charter Hotel Seattle — LODGING

PROVO, Utah—Dynamic Metropolis Money (DCC) declared the acquisition of The Constitution Hotel Seattle, Curio Collection by Hilton. The Charter Lodge is the only Curio Assortment by Hilton resort in the Seattle/Bellevue market place and opened in 2018.

The 16-story, 229-home Constitution Resort has more than 10,000 square ft of conference and event area. In addition, the hotel features a foodstuff and beverage working experience in the Fog Area, a rooftop lounge, and in Patagōn, an Argentine restaurant with domestically sourced fish, meat, and veggies. It is located in downtown Seattle and is in walking distance of many of Seattle’s sights, retailers, and dining places, such as Pike Place Current market, the Convention Middle, Seattle Aquarium, Pier 66, and Pine Road.
