PROVO, Utah—Dynamic Metropolis Money (DCC) declared the acquisition of The Constitution Hotel Seattle, Curio Collection by Hilton. The Charter Lodge is the only Curio Assortment by Hilton resort in the Seattle/Bellevue market place and opened in 2018.
“We are thrilled to broaden our presence in the Seattle Bellevue market. The Charter Resort is a distinct, unique, and highly prized quality lodge in a prime current market and a superb addition to our portfolio,” stated Joel Sybrowsky, DCC’s managing spouse. “The Charter Lodge is in a very coveted place perfect for the two enterprise and leisure tourists. This acquisition aligns correctly with our tactic of acquiring high-high quality, high quality inns in the most effective markets in the state.”
The 16-story, 229-home Constitution Resort has more than 10,000 square ft of conference and event area. In addition, the hotel features a foodstuff and beverage working experience in the Fog Area, a rooftop lounge, and in Patagōn, an Argentine restaurant with domestically sourced fish, meat, and veggies. It is located in downtown Seattle and is in walking distance of many of Seattle’s sights, retailers, and dining places, such as Pike Place Current market, the Convention Middle, Seattle Aquarium, Pier 66, and Pine Road.
