The Stunning Way the Director of ‘Christmas Vacation’ Bought Warner Brothers To Agree To an Animated Opening

The well-known holiday movie, Nationwide Lampoon’s Xmas Holiday vacation, is all about Clark Griswold (Chevy Chase) seeking to give his relatives the fantastic Xmas. The soundtrack to the 1989 comedy contains some traditional Xmas songs. Bing Crosby’s “Mele Kalikimaka” performs as Clark fantasizes about the swimming pool. Gene Autry’s “Here Will come Santa Clause” performs as regional law enforcement clearly show up at the Griswold house.

There is also a touching second in which Clark sits in the attic observing aged residence movies listening to “The Spirit of Christmas” by Ray Charles.
