The Union Minister of Forest and Surroundings, Prakash Javadekar flagged off the programme above virtual manner, saying Blue Flag tag formally to the Golden Beach. Odisha’s Tourism and Society Minister Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi unfurled the flag at the beach.
