While global flights are unaffected, Canada’s legacy carrier is minimizing frequencies on trans-border and domestic connections, largely from its Toronto and Montreal hubs. A few routes will be briefly suspended from the schedule, namely flights among Montreal and Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Kelowna and a person route from Toronto to Fort McMurray.
Prior to this, the provider says it operated on average about 1,000 flights a day.
