Proposed Flagler Seaside lodge vacation resort would element 97 rooms

The Flagler Beach Planning and Architectural Review Board unanimously recommended approval for a new hotel project during a meeting on Tuesday. The project goes before the board of commissioners on Dec. 10.

FLAGLER Beach — The Flagler Beach Organizing and Architectural Overview Board unanimously encouraged approving a special exception for a 97-space lodge undertaking slated for South Central Avenue and Point out Highway 100 across from Veterans Park.

The task, proposed by Anjon Vacation resort Houses in Copper Town, Florida, is for a unified progress consisting of a hotel resort-oriented sophisticated supplemented by 10 townhomes. The townhomes will be presented as condominiums for residential and/or family vacation resort dwellings.

The proposal states the resort vacation resort will have 97 rooms. The advanced will feature a number of facilities include an party area, a pool, sunshine decks, viewing decks, room for inside and exterior public art display screen and an oversized foyer that opens to an arcade in and about the corner perimeter of the resort entry location. Onsite parking will be accessible for 142 spaces.
